Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism

From the lab to the clinic, and classrooms, people with the UCSF Department of Clinical Pharmacy participate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism efforts throughout UCSF.

All members of the department are encouraged to take action regarding issues of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism, such as attending an event, joining a panel discussion, and trainings and workshops.

Our department’s mission is in alignment with the School of Pharmacy’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Mission, the Office of Diversity and Outreach (ODO), and with UCSF PRIDE Values Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, and Excellence. Our primary goal is to wholeheartedly embody our mission and PRIDE values in everything we do. All members of our community are encouraged to speak up on issues of DEI-AR.
