In a letter in Science, April 20, she considers: “Insurance coverage for genomic tests.”

Phillips is a faculty member in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy. She is a health services and policy researcher and health economist, and the founding director of the TRANSPERS Center (Center for Translational and Policy Research on Personalized Medicine).
