What I do

As interim chair of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, I lead the formation of the department’s strategic direction and priorities to ensure the continued growth and development of the department and its faculty. I manage the resources required to support the department’s success and create the conditions for a high-performing and high-functioning work environment for the department’s faculty and staff.

Along with Katherine Yang, PharmD, MPH, I also assist in developing new models of pharmacy practice and foster patient care partnerships with UCSF Health and external stakeholders in community pharmacy, public health, and other pharmacy schools.
