How to Order
Simply call the numbers provide above or send in your request via fax or email. Orders may be shipped by Federal Express or any carrier you desire. The shipping cost is added to the invoice.
Billing Information
If you are UCSF staff, we will bill via the recharge method with the DPA and fund number.
If you are not UCSF staff, we will send you an invoice along with the product. Please pay with a check made payable to the Regents of the University of California or UC Regents.
We also fill prescriptions for individual patients but are unable to take insurance. Many compounded products are not reimbursed by insurance. Please pay with a check made payable to the Regents of the University of California or UC Regents.
